Welcome to IPMS Houston, the multi-subject modeling club of Houston. If you are either a master modeler or a beginner we are here to support you.

All subjects are welcome and supported.

IPMS Houston is affiliated with IPM/USA.

However, you do not have to be a member of IPM/USA to join.

News

The next meeting is at 7:00 PM June 16, 2026, at the Tracy Gee Community Center in Houston, Texas. This meeting will cover club business, a presentation, show ‘n tell, and the monthly drawing. In addition we still have a couple of kits available for the group armor build.

ModelMania 2026 has just completed on May, 2. We are still compiling the results. We had a great turn out in both entrants and the general public. The results will be posted on the ModelMania page.

ModelMania 2025 was held on Saturday May 3, 2025, at the Stafford Centre. The show was a great success. We returned with the “open system” judging and with what we learned from last year’s show, had even better results. The results for ModelMania 2025 are posted on the ModelMania page of this website.

ModelMania 2024 was held Saturday, May 4, 2024, at the Stafford Centre in Stafford, Texas! More information about the show is posted on the ModelMania page on this website. This was our first year to utilize the “open system” of judging, using points to award gold, silver or bronze awards rather that first, second or third.

ModelMania 2023 was held May 6th, 2023, at the Stafford Centre. The show was a great success! We had 113 entrants with 633 models entered. The results are available on the ModelMania page via a link to the document.
